Rise Up Fitness is a small private training (fitness) studio located in East Norwalk, CT, offering a wide array of fitness services, both in 1-on-1 and small group training. Whether you want a total, intense, full body workout or a restorative Pilates or Fascial Stretch session--this is the gym for you. We are far from your average gym, we love keeping the atmosphere light and pushing each other to work out as hard as we can.

Bruce Ceja (Owner)

Growing up in Norwalk, CT, Coach Bruce found a passion for boxing, pilates, and strength training at a young age and has now been in the industry for over 10 years.

"The reason why I love being a trainer is that I love to help people get better. Whether that is physically or mentally, I know the positive effects that fitness has had on my life and I want to share that passion with everyone."

Max Velazquez

Max comes with a strong background in boxing and has perhaps the best mitt work on this side of the Mason Dixon Line.

Although he specializes in Boxing, Max has acquired many training techniques along the way. Using his creativity and vast background of training, Max will keep you engaged and progressing towards your goals.

John Gonzales

John is perhaps the strongest man, pound-for-pound, that you will meet. Specializing in Calisthenics and Olympic lifting, John will get you stronger.

Whether you want to throw some heavy weights around or just move your own body weight, he will get you to move properly and make you feel stronger than you thought you could be.
